does the hydraulics run off the rear end oil or does it have its own resevoir. if it runs off the rear end oil do i use 80-90 gear lube?

The operators manual for my C calls for 20 weight non-detergent oil.

the transmission, differential and hydraulic/ pto are the same cavity. there are 3 of 1/2 inch pipe plugs on the bottom, one each cavity. there is one fill by your left foot on side of transmission. put in about 8 quarts of hydraulic transmission fluid, which is a 20 wt oil. you can get universal hydraulic trans fluid at Wal Mart, or any farm store.

Jason, It uses same oil as the rear end.

Jason, If it has hydralics use hydralic fluid or 30 wt. oil.(non foaming) Dale
