8' transport disc identify

I just bought this 8' transport disc, I can see the remainder of an AC sticker on it, but have no idea of what model it is, or year range it is. Any help is appreciated.

I have a 10' model similar to yours, shouldn't it be a snap-coupler hook-up? I think mine is a model 200, have been trying to find a book on it to make sure. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info. As far as i know the hitch on the disc is original, but who knows.
