Antifreeze in oil

I was changing oil in on my WD45 and it was milking. So I decided to take off the oil pan. After leaving it for a day I could see antifreeze droplets on the cam. So I took off the valve cover off and it looks like one of the frost plugs was completely full of antifreeze and would guess the antfreeze is going down the push rods holes into the oil pan. I cleaned up the frost plug and will see if it is seeping in this way. How are frost plugs removed? How many frost plugs are there?

Just knock it out by hitting one side of the plug and spinning it then grab hold of it with vise grips and yank it the whole way out. Dont hit the plug in the middle because the whole thing will drop in the water jacket, but if it does, just fish it up and pull it thru the hole. Use a socket that fits in the soft plug to tap a new one in place, use one close to the diameter of the plug so it doesnt kick. Clean the head surface before installation LIGHTLY, dont take any material out. A little shellac around the edge of the new one makes cheap insurance for sealing... Terry P.s. when putting a new one in, dont drive it in toofar. then youll have to do it again,there is no lip to keep it from going in too far, just light press fit
