Doing the brakes on my 45. Who carries the pins that go in the bottom, the ones you sometimes need to "adjust" to remove?

Do yourself or the next owner a favor and drill and tap the end for a 3/8-24 thread to help pull them next time the brakes need to be done. Grind the case hardened surface off, maybe 1/32" then drill and tap a hole deep enough to get you 1/2" past the neck with the thread. put grease and a capscrew in the hole to preserve the threads until needed. Feel smug.
