Did Allis-Chamlers ever come out with a "Factory" 348 CI Chevy engine on any of their tractors?? Just had one in our local tractor pull. It looked a little funny to me. With dual manifolds and all. Owner said it was "all original." Thanks for any help.

Lots of them around with all kinds of engines, includeing this one, but none came from the factory that way.

James,
Maybe the engine was all original, but not original to the machine. Seen pix of one like that. Might have been the same one. Pretty neat!

Never made one that I know of. Think the only thing "original" was the idea to drop a 348 in a WC.
