I have a 1941 Allis model B. I love this tractor. I actually entered it into my first tractor pull today. It weight in over the 2000 lb limit for the lower class so I had to jump to the 2500 higher class. So I was then 350 lbs light. Is there anyone out there that could tell me where I could buy some weights. I know they have some that mount up frond along side the motor and I was wondering if anyone knew where there was any for the rear wheels? I would appreciate any info anyone has. Thanks.

I have a set of both for sale. Rear are 137# ea and the side weights are 96# ea. $200 for a set of sides, $150 for the rear wheel set. Located in Spokane, WA.

Thanks Elton: I am checking to see what the freight charges would be for them to be shipped to Maine. Plus I guess I would need to arrange for them to be picked up at your place. Thanks again and I am very interested in them and will get back to you on them.

Today's Featured Article - Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights. The garden was already sprouting when we hooked up the mid-mount shovel cultivators to the Pony. The seed bed was soft enough that the rear end would spin and slowly work its way to the downhill side of the gardens slight incline. From this, we learned our lesson sinc ... [Read Article]
