My rear rim has been eaten out from leaking fluid in the loaded tires. I had a new tube put in 15 years ago and they put washers around the stem to hold it in place. The whole for the valve stem is twice as large as it should be. It there any way to repair it? Will it weld? The tube is now leaking again because of being hitwhile mowing hay.
