stuck steering clutch on a allis HD-9

I have a HD-9 crawler with the left steering clutch locked up tight. does anyone have any ideas on how to free it up and does anyone at least have a diagram of the clutch so i at least know how it is set up. thanks for any help that can be given.

Hi Kasey; Has the tractor been setting for a long time Or did it just stick while using it? Do you have any resistance when you pull on that lever? If not that would indicate something in the linkage has broken or come loose. I have never worked on a HD9 but have worked on HD7 & HD11 & they appear to be basically the same setup. Have a factory manual that covers HD7 HD10 &HD14
and could possibly copy a few pages of that and mail them to you. Not sure if I can scan them & get them to go on E mail as attachments Let me know if I can be of any further help John in MO
