The engine acted like it was seizing up right before it quit; but then it would turn over real good but not start. We changed the head gasket now we can't get it started?? How much fuel does the fuel injector pumps pump when it's working good?? We have tried to get all the air out of the lines but it still won't start??

Might want to look at the injectors, sounds like the tips might be eroded away and not giving a good spray pattern. New ones are around 75 ea.

Strongly considering purchase of Allis-Chalmers Landhandler One-Ninety XT Series III with Engine Model 2900. Also has Westdondor (spell?) loader. Looking for all good & bad information comments from past experience.

My father has an XT 190 and it is a really powerful tractor for it's size and we really love it. Never had many problems with it but it was well taken care of and always shedded. Hope you get a chance to get the XT. Please let us know.
