I see several advertisments for steering wheel recovering. Who does the best, most authentic for a late model WC. Like to hear from anyone who had it done or seen any, Satisfied and unsatisfied customers. Also I saw something quite a while back on persian orange #1 is spray cans. I believe the number is PPG 60080. There is always the bolt head or little wire clip that needs painted. Any help would be much appreciated.

Do you have an auto paint supply store near you? Most any auto paint supplyhouse can mix up paint if you can give them a paint code and put it in spray cans. Also, it comes to mind that I saw in J.C. Whitney a rechargeable spray can that can be used over and over again. Hope this helps. Brian

Last year I sent the Steering Wheel off of my grandfather's CA to MinnKota Repair, 712 South 3rd Street, Milbank South Dakota, 57252 to be refinnished. The cost was $63.50, but I can't remember what the shipping cost was. The turn around time from West Virginia was about 5 weeks. I can't attest to the authintic looking finish, due to the condition of the Wheel when it was sent. However, I did recieve it back with a very durable thick covering , and am very pleased. It made the hay raking alot more pleasant last year. Later, Greg H.

PERSIAN ORANGE PURCHASED FROM AGCO STILL WORKS PRETTY GOOD PERHAPS A LIGHT COAT OVER BROWN PRIMER WOULD MATCH
