Just picked up a two bottom plow with snap coupler on front. The adjustment crank on the left side is not connected to anything? A lever on the right side is connected to the frame by a bolt and nut? unable to adjust this way? Also doesn't appear to have any connection to the lift brackets. I'm sure there is something missing. I have a D-14 AC. Or does this unit not mate with this tractor?

I THINK BOTH RIGHT AND LEFT ARMS SHOULD CONNECT TO THE SNAP COUPLERS ON THE LIFT ARMS.
THE 2 BOTTOM PLOW WAS MADE IN SEVERAL CONFIGURATIONS. I BOUGHT ONE FOR A EARLY WD WITHOUT SNAP COUPLER AND MODIFIED IT TO MY SNAP COUPLERS AN MY CA. YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO FIND NEEDED PARTS OR HAVE THEM MADE TO MAKE IT WORK. I HAVE THE MANUAL ON THE 2 BOTTOM PLOW. I MIGHT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU MORE IF NEEDED

The lift arms are not connected to the snap-coupler. The snap-coupler is the elongated ring on the front of the pull bar, that attaches underneath the tractor, to the bell housing. The devices on the lift arms are lift arm latches. An OPERATOR manual for the plow will ID the parts and explain how they are used and adjusted.
