OIL LINE FITTING FOR B

I NEED THE THREADED OIL LINE FITTING (1 3/4") THAT POPS INTO THE TOP OF THE GOVERNOR THAT THE ACCELERATOR LEVER SWIVELS ON. THE THREADS ON MINE ARE STRIPPED BEYOND REPAIR. CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT THAT PART IS AND WHERE I CAN FIND ONE BEFORE I HAVE TO RESORT TO J.B. WELD?

Wes,
I think that fitting is 1/8" pipe thread w/compression fitting. Going out of memory cause I'm not where my B is. If it is 1/8 pipe, you should be able to re-tap the threads and install a new fitting...

I bought a Dealers Parts Catalog for my B. It cost me a little over $26. On page 17 and again on 19, the tube or oil line is part # 212836. The compression sleeve is 911841 and the compression nut is 912589. Contact your Allis AGCO parts department. If you can't find one, I use Blackland Implementor Equipment??? in Temple TX. (254) 773-2409 ask for Boyd. Anything they ship will cost $15.00, even if it only cost $5.00. If I can help you with anything else, give me shout. --JPM
