Does anyone know if any track and undercarriage parts are interchangable between an Allis Chalmers HD6 dozer and a HD7 dozer?

John,

Sprockets, rollers and tracks are interchangeable. The rails on the HD 7 are longer and have more rollers but the HD6 tracks can be lengthened and used on the HD7 (or pads removed from the 7 and used to make tracks for a 6). If you need anymore specifics I'll ask my old friend, Mr. Frank.

I'll try to find out today--got an 80 year old Allis mechanic friend who should know the answer.
Won't see him 'til this evening.
