Okay Im looking for any recomendations on those quick attach 3pt hitch thingys that go on the factory 3pt hookups, are they any good are they really quick??? Im looking at them at TSC and for $200 they better save alot of time..... .

Whats your thoughts on these devices and where is
the best place to get them..... .

Keep in mind, that even though there's a "standard" for 3 point hitch diminsions, some tools don't meet them!! SO, you may find a tool that won't work with the "quick hitch", others will bave ajustable brackets that you can loosen and slide to fit the hitch. Robert

IF YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT SNAP COUPLERS, THEY POP UP ON EBAY FROM TIME TO TIME FOR LESS THAN $100.
THEY WORK GREAT, AND UNLIKE A 3PT HITCH YOU CAN COUPLE THE IMPLEMENT WITH OUT GETTING OFF THE TRACTOR SEAT.

I don't think he is talking about the AC Snap-Coupler system. Yes, you can hitch and unhitch an SC without getting off of the tractor, but I think he is talking about a Quick-Coupler frame which attaches to a standard three-point hitch and is used to simplify hookups to a plow, mounted field cultivator, etc. Some are built too light for the mounted implement, but they do simplify attaching. Get one built strong enough for the category hitch that you are using. I have two, each a different brand (short-line companies). The older one is easier to hook up with but harder to latch, the newer one is just the opposite. Had each one for over 20 years. Each is much better than trying to align hitch arms and upper link to the machine, tho. For a fulltime farmer, they are well worth the money. For others, they are just a convenience.
