Tyler, Had a busy week--here ya' go on the hand crank: Diameter: ~5/8" (I thought it was 3/4", but it's less.) Long section: 14 1/4" from pulley end to outside of bend. Offset distance: 8" outside to outside. Handle length: ~4 5/8" (This one does not have the roller on the crank section.) To make the bend radius on the crank an 1 1/4" pipe seems to be about right. Weld down a couple of 6" sections of the pipe at the right location. Use a section of welding cable or garden hose to mock it up to get the proper layout. The pulley end has a slight taper that runs about 1/2" along the rod and it tapers down to about 1/2" on the end. The "cross pin" is centered 3/4" from the end. It appears to be "flattened" 1/4" perpendicular to the rod and 3/8" along the rod. You might try just using a 3/8" bolt and then pressing it in. Then grind/file the bolt to form the shape. I don't know if that's just from wear or that's how the factory did it. Overall length of the pin is 1 1/4". Let me know if you need any other details.
