Hi Gang, Hope you're all doing well. By reading the forum sounds like we're all getting ready for the summer! We're still waiting for things to dry out here in Southwest Michigan so we can get some planting done.

In that regard, I found a set of cultivators for the little C (thanks to a great friend in Canada, Mike)and have all the components now except for the forward mounting brackets that support the front frame to the front pedestal.

Thanks to Rob of Ohio, I have a copy of the installation manual for the cultivators, and it makes reference to the brackets and I have an idea how it's suppose to mount, but have no idea where I would find some used, or even what they are suppose to look like if I decided to fabricate a pair myself. Quite frankly, I don't see how they could support the weight of the frame given the mounting surface they were supposedly bolted too.

If you've got any suggestions or know where I could come up with the brackets, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks fellas,

Dave

If you have the manual you should be able to determine from the pictures what the mounts look like. The front mount is made out of 1" or maybe 1 1/4" square stock. The outer end has a threaded hole for a bolt- maybe 1/2"?. Rather simple setup. I have a cultivator for a C- I could check about the brackets. You're welcome to send an email for more info.

Thanks for the response. I'm having a little problem returning your email, but I would like to know a little more about those brackets. The manual I have shows the sideview of the tractor, but no clear view of those brackets. I figured they were about an 1" or 1 1/4" square tube, but I'm not certain how far down they hang from the front support.
My email is [email protected].

Thanks. Hope all is well in Minnesota!

Dave
