Probably>Link a stupid question, but how else can I find out without showing how little I know?

I can see how to angle, but it also looks like it's made to tilt.
If so, How?
Here is the address of the pic

The upper link on the right side should be threaded and adjustable by turning with the bent rod already in the hole. This tilts, or angles the blade

As Butch said the bent rod in the brace going to the top of the blade is your adjuster. You have one on each side and can get a lot of tilt(no angle) by going one way with one side and the other way with the opposite side. These things can really get hard to turn over the years if they haven't been used. Some have grease fittings-might see if you can located any. Jack

Do you replace the top link on both sides?

one side with a 8 inch stroke cylinder would be adequate. two cylinders would be more complicated but give a much wider range of stroke. look at a local construction site, or equipment dealer and you will get the idea. dont matter what brand of tractor it is.
