Anybody know how to make the brakes work better on the 190s. How do you adjust them, took apart and everything looks good inside, but you have to bare down hard to get any brakes at all. Seems like there is to much travel in the pedal. Any help is appreciated, Ken.

The primary adjustment is the bolt holding the actuating lever on the brake assembly. Turn it in to tighten. The brake uses a band and two disks to work. If the disk linings are too worn, the brakes will not work or will lock up.

Thats my problem, because they do lock up once in a while. Thanks for your help, Ken.
