Jason,
Be sure to check the end plate on the oil pump. Any grooves will alow pressure to leak by. File or grind it flat if there are grooves.

My brother in law had a rebuilt motor put in his C. The rebuild did not have a rebuilt oil pump and the dealer installed the old pump. Tractor had low oil pressure. We convinced the dealer to break it apart and check the oil pump. The pump needed new vanes and springs. The failed to check the end play, but the pump worked fine after the new parts were installed. There was no charge for the work. It would pay to install new vanes and springs to avoid possibly having to break the tractor apart again. The manual states the end play is important, and if the play cannot be sufficiently reduced, the pump body should be ground, etc. tom davison
