My dad uses a two row version with the snap coupler hitch. There are hitches for both three point and snap coupler with it....only takes removal of two bolts to change over. It works great. Drives off the press wheels and only one chain drives both the fertilizer and seed boxes. No clutches or anything..when it's down, it's planting. It's the epitome of simplicity. You can use John Deere plastic plates with adaptors...they're easy to find and all seed bags list which JD plastic plates to use.
