Hi Gang, Sure nice to feel the first spring sun shining over the farmland of southwest Michigan. Makes a fella wanna get out and "play in the dirt".

Which is what I'm trying to get ready for, but I have a problem. While getting the little C ready for spring work, I noticed for the first time since I got her last fall, that one of the "wings" that's on the front support (where the cultivators mount to) has, at sometime in the past, been snapped off. As the radiator had to come off to be repaired, and I was working at trying to tighten up the front end steering, I went ahead and pulled the front support. Now, I'm searching for a "new" used one with both mounting wings attached.

Anyone out there have a good source for used parts? Or do you have one in good shape you'd be willing to consider selling? The part number in the book shows 212839; the casting number is AM 3142-9, and the S/N of the tractor is 67317.

Sure appreciate any help.

Dave

Thanks fellas for the response. I've only got a moment now to write so haven't had a chance to think through the responses, but just wanted to acknowledge how much I appreciate the response. Get back to you later. Dave

Dave I have a complete front bolster for a C Allis that you can have if you want to pay the shiping. When I say complete I mean it is all there but the hubs! I am in Carthage Missouri. Ron

Dave,

There is a guy on the unofficial allis board that is parting out a C. I believe that his email address is...

dennisandkatie@peoplepc.com
