I'm looking at an AC wd45 with a loader. It has one new rear tire and the other is 75%, fronts are in very good shape, has factory wide front and comes with chains. The tin is in pretty good shape and motor has been rebuilt. Is this a pretty good buy at $1500? Thanks for your input.

If you can, drive it and see if it jumps out of gear in second or third while "freewheeling" (going downhill while unloaded). If it does not, that's a good deal, especially with an all hydraulic loader. Not bad with a trip bucket either. Even better if it has power steering.

It sounds like a good deal to me.....a great deal if the loader is full hydraulic. Ask if there has been any trouble with the shifter or tranny. The hand clutch should have a good "snap" to it, also. Check the serial numbers.....the last 3 I looked at turned out to be WDs. Some people really don't know what they have.....

They oughta' put those people who stick WD-45 decals on a WD in the same cell as those who remove the federal tags from mattresses. I've seen lotsa' WD's over the years with 45 decals.

and everyone claimed they were told it was a 45 when they bought it....one guy even said the parts dealer told him he had a 45. Let the un-informed beware!
