I notified the moderator of this site about the possibility of bogus AC parts at auction from "Senior". Maybe she can email and get a response from him or else pull the rest of his auctions. I would recommend anyone who has had a problem to email Kim at the feedback link at the bottom.

Hello all! The greed of these Gravois Mills boys will ultimately get them. Though contacts with the FBI I'm compiling/gathering information regarding the extent to which you've been defrauded. I met with FBI today and passed on the details from two individuals. Unfortunately for you victims, the bigger the scope of the crime the more interested the US Attorney will be. They already exceed federal felony thresholds. So... if you and I haven't conversed, drop me a direct e-mail. We may see these boys spend some time in the cross-bar hotel yet.

Dang Tom, I'm sure glad I sent you that manual after you sent me the money and all. LOL. Not to make light of your situation guys, but these cats need to be skinned. Seems like I have seen a lot of guys that have no idea what they are talking about pick up the lingo and then figure antique tractor collectors will be an easy mark. Good luck. John

There is a law about that and sounds like he is braking that law. The people who got riped have to all get to gether and call the proper law inforcment. The will take care of his wagon quick. That is the truth. I chased one guy down in Georga He riped me off I had the law there and I was there I wanted to kick his rear but they would not let me. Thats what should happen when people do that. Would be alot less of that crap.

This guy is a real ----- he got to me. I think its the same guy Nathan Loffland is his actual name we need to all get togeather and try to get something done. I have tried by my self but they shrug it off but if we all raise a little H maybe we can stop this crook. He is awfull close to me so i plan on seeing him in time. He scamed people on the Case side last time.

The pieces are starting to come together.....Jim Lofland from Gravois Mills, MO (Senior) is the same guy who was ripping people off over at the ATIS classifieds a couple of months ago....as was posted on this forum. This guy is jumping from one website to another to scam people.

go to superpages.com, then to the [people pages]and type in his name & state. see what you come up with. I came up with two phone numbers and a map to his house. If this is the same guy.

Bob--This guy is cheating people out of their money by auctioning off parts, getting their money and then not sending them the parts that they have already paid for. He's got several auctions going right now on this site. Please beware!! Rick

For those of you who got cheated by the same individual, suggest you may want to contact your local postal inspectors and tell them what this individual is doing to you. I think they will call it mail fraud and they have office in every state, so someone from their office can pay him a personal visit. Just my two cents
