He seems to keep a high reserve on his items. I bid on some items which wasn't released because of the reserve, then he contacted me with the price that he would sell the items, He gave me his phone no. but I can't find it now I guess I erased it. Luckily I didn't buy.

I inquired about some of his items as well, and he would not reply to my emails. I had mentioned that I would come to see the tractors he had since he was only a couple of hours away. Seemed to me that if he really had tractors for sale, he would have been very willing for me to see them.

I tried to e-mail this guy. He is located in central Mo. Asked where so my son might go by and check out his parts. E-mail kicked back. The whole situation seems fishy to me. If you gave the guy a check I would try pressing charges. Sounds like a scam going on. Jack

Can a person like this be banned from using this auction? I came real close to buying some things from him the last time he was on.

You guys need to notify ebay about the problem and he will be kicked off of ebay from selling. The only thing is that all he will have to do is change his seller name and be right back to doing the same thing.

This guy is on YT auction, not E-Bay. I didn't check E-Bay-he may be there also. If you go to Site suggestions and feedback in the discussion forums you will see him mentioned there also at the bottom of the first page dating back to early Jan. I wonder how the guys that get taken know where to send the money and how much for shipping if he never answers e-mails?

AZJack---He will answer the e-mails the first time or two to make sure you know where to send the money orders, etc. and then you won't here from him again. By that time he's already received your money and cashed it and spent it! Been there and done that!!! After a few e-mails,I finally got him to respond, but I still haven't received any parts in 21 days. Now I'm kinda p@#$%d,wouldn't you be? Rick
