I have a allis chalmers minibike that i"ve had for over 20 years. I"ve been told it"s a mini 4. I have an old ad from a 1972 magizine with three allis chalmers minibikes. the ad calls them the outrider.

I had one of those, I'm sure it was in the very early 70's It was a great bike till I hit a property marker :-)
I'll look for a book

Keven: do you live in the Kansas City area? A buddy told me that there was an Allis mini bike in the Kansas City paper this week, I looked this morning and it wasn't there. Dave

Our book says 1971 and 1972. Mini 4 bike, Trail 5 bike with chrome wire wheels and top of the line Mini 5 bike with headlight. Don't know much more.

On July 4th I picked up an allis chalmers mini bike on my way back from vacation. The guy fully restored it. It has a 5 hp motor and working head light/tail light. I paid $300 for it because I never seen one before and didn"t know allis made them. If you have any Idea what it is worth I might sell it, It is too big for my kids and I would have to store it for some time. It runs great and has enough power to spin the wheel with me on it!
