The WD-45 is pretty "Cold Blooded"....needs to warm up or they will "snort-and quit".....!!!!! Any chance you need to check the valve adjustments.?? Compression sounds good... They don't "like" ANY water in the sediment bowl, either... Also....the Mag cap may need looked at--might be "cross-firing"....Carbon-tracking...

Very few manufacturers of autos or tractors specify the compression on their engines. Most only say their should not be more than 10% difference between the high and low readings. Allis-Chalmers (with their WD-45) is an exception. According to their manual compression should be 125# @ 500 RPM. I would say however, that your compression is acceptable for an old tractor with lots of hours. I agree with the other comments; timing, carb. adj. and valve lash.
