JIM HAVE YOU RAN A COMPRESSION CHECK ON IT SINCE YOU ASSEMBLED THE ENGINE.? . IF YOU HAVE , IF IT IS LOW MAYBE THE VALVES ARE ADJ. A LITTLE TO TIGHT . TO MAKE SURE YOUR ON THE COMPRESSION STOKE ON NO, 1 CYL. STICK THE TIP OF YOUR FINGER IN THE PLUG HOLE AND ROLL THE ENGINE OVER, WHEN YOU FEEL AIR BLOW OUT AROUND YOUR FINGER THATS THE COMP. STROKE . THEN CHECK YOUR ROTOR TO SEE IF ITS ON NO. ONE WIRE . SOME TIMES IT HELPS TO SQUIRT A LITTLE FUEL RIGHT IN TO THE SPARK PLUG HOLE . BEFORE CRANKING HOPE THIS HELPS.. DENNIS C.
