My d19 the hydrolics are slow and sluggish on the cyclinder, the lift seems to work pretty well,I use it to haul big bales of hay #1500 lbs. It won't pick up a JD bale #2200lbs +. could all of this be just o-rings bleeding off or is pump getting worn?

Bob, Could be O-rings, could be a bad pump. Might also be the directional valve leaking by. You could also be exceeding the pumps limits with the heavy bales. Test the cyl to see if it's leaking past the piston seals. test pump pressure with a guage with at 3000 lb capacity. The directional valve will be a bit diffecult.
