Hello,

I'm a visitor with a question:

In the early sixties I had a job for a short while running a crawler. It had a rusty-red paint job, (I don't think it spent a day under a roof)and I cannot for the life of me remember whether it was made by A/C or International. I remember it was made in '41, but not the maker, for some reason. A/C's weren't that common in our area in those days. I remember it as being quite large, in the Cat D-7 class, or thereabouts. I'm not sure. It required a lowboy to move it around. I'm relatively sure it had to be either an A/C or an International. Would some kind soul venture an opinion? I'm not aware I/H made crawlers, but they could've made dozens of models, for all I know. I've run your 'history archives' but without pictures, I'm a bit lost.

Thank you.

IH made the TD series, like TD24, etc. Never too impressive or a big seller. AC had the HD5, HD7, etc.
