This weekend I had a little problem with my WD. I was driving it down my driveway and something in the transmission or differential lock up. Drained the fluid out and removed the rear plate, and there was pieces of the rear transmission bearing the housing. The first problem is moving it. I tried to pull it with another tractor and something keeps binding. Looks like I got an nice little winter project if I fix it my myself (If anyone knows somebody in northern Minnesota who can fix it I would glady hire this on out). Does anyone have any suggestions for moving it, Sources of parts and suggestions or hints for me when I take it apart or what else I should take care of?
Thanks

I am not sure how to meove it at this time without thinking about it more. But to fix it you will need a good manual, try for a reprint of the AC manual for a WD. You will need to pull the final drives and axle housing off, and the transmission/differential and take it aprat and replace as necessary. You could maybe find a used assembly to replace it for less than the parts.
