I own a 9N with fluid filled tires and have used her to plow, disc and carry logs up from the woods. She is a good working tractor, but as for horsepower and torque she does well for what she is needed, but to compare a 9N to a WD well there is a big difference. First weight, the WD out weighs the Ford so that helps with traction for pulling. Secondly horsepower, the 9N is not rated at the same horsepower as a WD. So the WD should be able to pull more and handle heavier implements, but as for doing work in tight places I would not use anything else but the Ford. Now if you were comparing a WD to a John Deere B now there is more of comparison to be talked about.
