I have just put the carb back on the tractor and was tightening the gas line connection when the brass threads said 'I Give', ok my fault I tightened them too tight. The brass connector can be replaced. However I want to make sure I put the right type of gas line back on the WC. The current line is Copper, now is that correct, or should it be steel, or aluminum? , just wanted to know what was originally on the tractor since I am in the process of restoring the old girl.

Thanks.

Thanks BamaDee, I went out and bought a new steel line and brass fittings. The gas line is bent and sits there looking good. I can't wait to use it, but gotta get the engine unstuck first, darn it anyway..... Thanks again!!
