Bs are narrower than Cs. Later Bs and Cs shared the five bolt rear wheel hub connection. All Bs came from the factory with either an arched fixed front axle, or the later series with the optional adjustable wide front. Most Cs were tricycle fronts but some had the adjustable wfe. The steering pitman arm was UP on Cs and DOWN on Bs. Later Bs had the same engine as the Cs Both had the same three speed transmission.

In addition the B came with "wishbone" wide front axle or adjustable. The C came with tricycle front or wide adjustable. The C had governor & cylinder differences that yield higher horsepower.

Primarily width and length. Tires and engine are pretty much the same as it the transmission. Weight would obviously be different as well. The C is the larger in dimension and rarely came with a wide front. The B is the smaller and rarely came with a narrow front (possibly never).

the C rear wheels are mounted with 5 lug nuts.
the B rear wheels slide on a tapered shaft with one large lock nut.
B steering box arm points straight down.
C steering box arm points straight up.
B front axle steering arm is on the left wheel kink pin.
C front axle steering arm is under the left edge of radiator.
C rear axle is 12 inches wider than the B, end to end.
