Hi, I am finishing a restoration on an Allis Chalmers B 1956. It needs the tires replaced. The rears are 10X24 and the fronts are 4X15. Could anyone please tell me if these are the correct size. I have an IT manual but it doesn't have anything on tire sizes. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Dave

Just put new 5.00X15 on the front and 11.2X24 on the rear of my 49 B. Use the larger rear tire, your 50 should have the right rim for it. It looks, if not behaves, more substantial.

Tire size ratings have changed over the years. Mostly due to rim widths changing. I just put new tires on my C . My old 10X24 were replaced with 11.2X24 . They look great. Had it parked next to my B with 10X24s. They look nearly the same other than a bit taller mostly due to having tread!

My 52 B has 4.00 x 15's on front and 11.2 x 24's on the rear. That is the way it came 8 years ago. Ken/Wa

Terry Deans Data Book says there were 2 sizes-
with the BE engine (up to serial number 61400) the fronts were 5.00 by 15 and the rears were 8 by 24. Models with the CE engine the front tires were 4 by 15 and the rears were 9 by 24.
