I am starting to restore my B Allis 1946 model. Previous owner removed the starter rod and installed an electric solonoid with push button starter. Iwas at gathering of the orange in Waverly this weekend and looked at several different B tractors, some have starter rods that goes from starter to throttle control, and some have rods that go from bottom of starter to area atbrake pedals. Looks like could operated by foot. I need an authority to tell me which is correct for a 1946 model. Thanks for all the help in the past with my other projects, will help back when i am an authority with past experience.

Originally produced more than 40 years ago, it is now enjoying a reproduction run that has been licensed by the Ford Motor Company.
