In my home paper there is a compact allis for sale, but I can find no info on this tractor. It is suppose to be a wide front with a 18hp diesal. 3peed trans, with 3 over gears. Help. Does anyone know this model????

The 5015 was imported from Japan from 1982 thur
the end in 1985. It uses a Toyosha engine, comes
in 2 or 4wd, 9spd forward and 3 rev. It produces
15hp at the PTO. I believe the Japanese brand
name is Hinimoto which makes tractors for other
companies today. AC imported over 4000 of the 5015s before shutting the doors, so there's a few
around for parts if you decide to buy.

Steve, they were built in 1980-85 era. This is when Allis stopped building tractors in the United States and started to import small tractors with their name on it. I dont know anything specific about that model, but the units were similar to Kubota, Yanmar, etc. I would go look at see it ot get a better idea.

Thanks for the info on the japanese version of the AC. I am no longer interested in this tractor. I do like the older models and will continue to look for one. Thank you again for your input. The 5015 looks like a garden tractor

If you want a small old tractor from the 1950 ear, look for a little "B". the problem is it has no 3 point hitch and minimal hydraulics. you can do some modifications, but standard it would be a good mower tractor, undrneith, or pull a chopper. I can send you a picture of a "B". If you got more money and want a newer tractor look for a D10 or D12. Built about 1960.
