How do you remove the steering wheel on a CA Allis chalmers?

Are any special tools required?

Thanks for your time and help.

When I removed my steering wheel off of my 1952 CA I just used a pulley puller. The wheel had never been off, and was pretty rusty. I did soak the wheel with WD-40 two days before I tried to pull it. It came off fairly easy. Most of the rust was on the key that holds the wheel from spinning.
