Model 190 Help needed.

I have inherited a model 190 which is a 2wd deisel.I know nothing about it. Can anyone point me in the direction to gather info. It runs fine. Which years were they made. Where can I get common parts, filters,etc.I am in Las Vegas, Nv.

My nieghbor had one and it served him well.The only thing to look out for is if the fuel pump was turned up,you will destroy the transmission before you kill the engine.My nieghbor's dynoed at about 130hp after he had to replace the turbocharger.The dealer warned him to go a little smaller with his tillage implements to prevent this from happening to him.He followed those instructions and never had any major problems with it.You got yourself a good piece of machinery.Hope you enjoy it!

I have a 190 XT series 3. They started with 190 and through series 3. You can look up your serial no. on this forum under serial numbers and find the year it was made.They are powerful tractors and durable.The only thing i don't like is they don't have live pto.They don't like cranking in real cold weather, but i don't like working in cold weather either. As far as filters go i have no problem getting them at NAPA are any parts place. When pulling them under load they smoke black smoke alot.I have been baling hay for years with them with no major problems.
