My friend has a 1959 D-10. He would like to know the value if restored and also how does that front crankshaft pully come off? Thanks for your help! He is also going to need some fenders.

I have been building a 61 D10 and can let you know that the crank pulley has two set screws, one on top of each other, you remove the one then you can get to the second that actually tightnens up on the crank. Then spray and pray or a hot wrench or as a last resort a puller but beware the pulley is cast and will break when you least expect it. As for value there is a beautiful later series advertised for 4950 so it being the early one I'd have to say 800-1000 less than that for one like ours in beautiful shape. email me if you have other questions, the motor in mine was cracked in four places so I took two motors and totally built one. Mike

Fenders on the D10's are usually rusted out bad along the bottom. You can't buy reproductions anywhere. You usually end up welding in new metal and blending it in with body filler.
