Without more information on the failure we can't help too much. I have had a power steering failure that had no external leaks or noise or anything. It turned out to be a sheared key at the pump pulley/pump drive shaft. You can put a mark on the pulley and the pump shaft nut or whatever and run the tractor and operate the steering. Shut off the tractor and see if the marks are still matched or not. If not that maybe a pump failure.
