I have a d-17 with a front end loader on it. My problem is that the factory rims are very narrow and when I tried to put wider tires on the rims the tubes only last a few months and then they wear through, my tire guy says I need wider rims. Does anyone know if there was any automobile rims that will fit on this tractor the bolt pattern is 5"on5" with a 3-3/8 hub hole

On my first D17, I used rims from an older car- I think it was a Buick from the late 50s. Make a cardboard pattern of your bolt pattern with the center hole, and search some older salvage yards.I believe the tires were 8.25-15. You need to watch that they have adequate clearance between the rubber and the vertical spindle of the wide front end.
