I am rebuilding a CA sugar cane tractor. It was a basket case tractor. I had no tank with the tractor so I tried a C tank and it will not fit. The starte rod hits. Are the tanks different and if so what is the difference.Does any one have a good tank if they are different. Thanks Tractor Rod

Tractor Rod, You might be able to get a fuel tank from the folks at Marshall Machinery in PA. Give em' a call, ask for Brian in the used parts dept. They have loads of used Allis parts in stock, and rows of Orange tractors out in their large yard. (570)729-7117. Good Luck! Steve
