D14 running rough and stalling

I own a ~1959 D14. It had been running well recently while using it for pulling some logs. However, over the last few days it has started to skip and even backfire. Today, while pulling a trailer full of firewood, it started skipping drastically, ran very rough and stalled out. It will re-start but still runs rough and eventually stalls. The points, plugs, wires, condensor, coil are all fairly new. Any ideas where to look first. It seems like something has gone out of adjustment.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you put gas in the tank just before this started? You may have gotten some water or dirt in the gas.

I would recheck point gap first. It could also be a condensor going bad even though it has recently replaced. Someplace to start anyway.
