Looks like I may have a crack in my WD45 Block. Lots of water mixed with the oil. Does anyone have a fix or a known good replacement?

Mike,
Before you jump the gun, check to be sure it's really cracked. There is a possibility it is a sleeve O-ring that is leaking !!! Duey

Further investigation revealed a crack between the 3rd and 4th sleeve at the bottom.

I doubt there are many that are not cracked between the sleeves of #1&2....the web is very narrow there..... Many folks ask the same question -----YES, if this is where it is cracked, it can be repaired by puting a cross-bolt in the block, between the sleeves--or having it resistance-welded..... Some just pour thick OLD Paint in the bottom of the cleaned, assembled water jacket.... Hope this helped..!! Ron.

The crack is between the 3rd and 4th sleeve at the bottom. Local machine shop thinks something like jb weld should seal. Would you take the chance?

Nope.

You should have as much room between them as the #1 & 2..... .. Pin it....
