What is the right muffler set up for the 52 G? I have seen numerous ways that it has been done.
Is a brake job a big deal and are parts easily accessable? Thanks

When I saw the title I thought about the old "muffler bearing" joke. Oh well, it got my my attention, muffler brakes, really?

I bought a '49 "G" just this mounth..for sure it needs breaks..I see Eric Egland bought the materials to reline the brakes himself from Mc Masters - Carr..I don't have a catalog and they wouldn't send me one..how did you get the item number? Would you e-mail me the informaion I need to order the materials,along with how much I will need.I don't want to tear it down until I have the parts.I would like to try the phone number you used also... about how much did the materials cost...thanks...Don [email protected]
