my B keeps picking up on the front end when I lift the harrows. Does any one have a picture of frame weights or know where I can find some.

I don't know about where you can get weights however I have a few thoughts. How about adding liquid to the front wheels? AC made front axle weights too, they bolted to the front axle under the center. A little weight on the front can make quite a difference maybe you don't need too much if you are getting by now. Just kinda be careful as you drive around with the front wheels skimming the ground. It's like having power steering, having the weight off the front end.

I have an Idea the holes on the side of the tractor where the flywheel is seems to be a great ancor. I am thinking about running some 6 inch flatbar around the the front of the tractor and bolt it to the flywheel cover to add some weight. I already have a concrete block strapped under the front axle and it doesn't help abit. any other suggestions would be apreciated.

You can do this but if you do I would tie it into the thick steel plate that follows the contour on the lower back side of the radiator. It goes across from side to side on the front of the engine. This will help support your weight bracket.

I just bought a pair of frame weights for my B, I paid $225. The ones I got are the old AC manufacture. You can get repros, $190 to $200, but then there is shipping. I have seen the front axle weight, I have not seen one for sale & understand they are rare. There are also front wheel weights, the fellow I got the frame weights from has some. He is Paul Barnsley (in Maryland), you may have seen his name on this site or others. All depends on how you want to do it, you likely can rig something like you say, but watch out for the steering and your air cleaner cup.
