I have a 41C, can't remember the serial number but it is mid-year production. It has foot brakes and doesn't look to have been modified but it could very well have been converted early in life though. I did notice that it has much shorter arms on both ends of the steering link than the later tractors. I didn't know there were any changes in the steering until I got the 41.

Steve, Hand brakes were used on the early B & C Models. On C Models before serial # C-5756. C-5756 and up foot brakes were used. That would put the tractor you're looking at between 1940-mid 41'. (I think)
