If it is as good as it looks I would say not a bad deal. Just to give you an example I bought one about 5 years ago for $900. Came with plow, cultivators, and a 4 gang disk. Hand crank only start. Disk work but not in best of shape. Cultivator needs work but nothing expensive. Had to replace rims. Had to replace rear cast hubs and an axle (splines shot). Had to replace mag. Put 2 new rear tires on. When running for awhile quits and wont start until it cools down. My next step is an engine overhaul. Do I still think I got a good deal? Yup. Will still pour more money into it to get it running "like new". All I am trying to say is that by now I have exceeded the $1500 that you can get the B that is advertised. I know nothing of that tractor but if it is in good shape it is worth it. Just make sure it is not just painted to look nice. No rust on rims. Shake tractor from side to side at back wheels and make sure no side slop. Things like that.

Mike- you mentioned that the tractor quits while hot and won't restart until cooled down. Years ago Dad had a WC and C like that, had the mags rebuilt and no more problems. You mentioned that you replaced the mag- was the new one a swap, or already rebuilt? Might be worth checking in to.

new tires, decent paint, dont smoke, electric start. everything sounds good. dont have hydraulics. I would make sure what you intend to do with the tractor, hydraulics are a nice addition.
