The wc allis ,prior to 1939 was called the "flat-top" because the hood and gas tank was flat. this is also called the un-styled wc.1440, wds,wd45s were all styled and looked pretty much the same.the fenders on my styled wcs and my wds are the same but the brackets are different. the tear-drop gastanks look the same but the fuel outlets are different.the wd outlet is on the left side of the tank and the wc outlet is on the right side. that help or confuse the issue??? I suppose the "correct cops" would jail you if you mixed them up. I always tell them "my tractor I'll put it together as I please" . OT
