What is the difference between the WD-45D and the D19D heads.. Will the manifolds interchange?? I have been told that the D19D head will flow better than the WD-45 head?? Does the D19D head have bigger valves?? Just wanting some more information. Thanks.

Some of the heads were the same. The casting number for the ones that were the same is 4506503, the number for the one that was for the 19 only was 4516681. The water pumps mounted on head on the early models and on the block on the newer ones.
